Comission unit: idea development

After contemplating on ideas for my documentry, I have finally decedied to go with my idea to do with police and autourity. Since the beginning of the nougties, the police have lost respect from certain members of the community and I want to find out why. I will speak to policeman, sociologiest and members of society to find the answer. I eventually deceided on this as I thought it would be a fresh perspective and it will give the the police a chance to give their side to the story as recently police have become public enemies to some members of society. I have begun researching this and have found some interesting information about the Human Rights Act that I would like to include. I feel that since this act has come in, police are becoming increasingly scared about what they do and if it is 'against someones human rights.' I would also like to include some footage of the recent riots in london as the images are so powerful and they realte to the documentry.
