I have been really thinking about how I want to direct my scene from skins and I was thinking that as skins is quite an unglamerous tv series I would like to 'glam it up.' I was thinking of doing this by doing a lot of close up on characters faces and off centre shots. Also to add to this gamerous effect I was thinking about trying different things with the lighting, for exmple some spot lighting. In this series of Skins there was a promotion shot that came out to advertise the programme. This shot is completly different to the programme as the programme is a lot more 'real life like,' compared to this dimly lit gritty but also quite glamerous and photo shopped picture. This is where I got my inspiration to direct my 3 minute piece like this.
