Direction unit: idea development

I have done a lot of work on my script breakdown this week. I have sent letters to the school I would like to use for a scene in my film and have also emailed my the actors I would like. I have received confirmation from all of the actors and I have started type casting them to the characters I would like them to play. I am currently trying to decide weather to have my characters in a uniform (a customized uniform) or in their own clothes. I wrote out a props list for each scene so I am all sorted for props as they are all attainable. This is a picture of the classroom I have managed to get access to, as it a year 6 classroom, i may have to do some adapting as the characters are all meant to be in the first year of sixth form. 

Today I plan to write a shot list for my film.
